How We Handle Corrections
Despite our rigorous editorial standards, errors can occur. Whether it's a minor typo, an outdated product specification, or a misinterpretation of scientific data, we take all inaccuracies seriously.
- Minor Updates: Spelling fixes, grammatical tweaks, or minor layout adjustments that do not change the meaning of the content are made without formal notification.
- Factual Corrections: If an error involves a fact, statistic, or health/safety claim, we correct the text and add an explicit "Correction" note at the bottom of the article detailing what was changed and when.
- Product Formula Changes: If a manufacturer changes a litter formula that makes our previous review inaccurate, we update the review and adjust the "Last updated" date to reflect the revision.
